Reflexology is a type of specialised massage that involves applying pressure to specific areas on the feet that corresponds with the organs and systems of the body and can be used to treat a host of health issues. This Reflexology Course covers reading and interpreting the feet as well as performing relaxation and pressure techniques. It also includes the theory and history behind the Reflexology treatment. Resources with clear diagrams and images are included to give you the best possible learning experience.
