Indian Head Massage is an ancient therapy which dates back thousands of years. Traditional massage movements are used in conjunction with specific Indian Head Massage movements to induce relaxation and calmness, improved muscle tone, increase joint mobility and even promote hair growth.
An extremely popular therapy with clients and therapists as it requires very little equipment or space. The treatment can be performed dry, seated through clothing ideal for in the workspace or combined with essential oils in a salon environment. A non-invasive therapy that is less time consuming than other massages, as it concentrates on just the head, neck, and shoulders.
