Are you ready for a new rewarding career in the complementary/holistic industry Accredited Course?

The use of complementary therapies continues to increase in popularity, attracting interest from both potential users and the medical profession. Swedish massage techniques, aromatherapy and reflexology form the basis for effective treatment, but other beneficial therapies are now being promoted and requested by clients, palliative care users and other consumers

Complementary therapists are increasingly achieving positive results from treatments in a variety of settings, such as hospitals, care homes, hospices, and rehabilitation facilities.

Complementary Therapist may also be self-employed, working from a clinic/therapy centre base, possibly combined with a mobile service provided in client’s homes or the wider community.

You can continue to develop your therapy skills by undertaking additional individual courses in areas such as crystal therapy, Indian head massage, and Reiki healing.
As a qualified complementary therapist you will be eligible to apply for membership of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) or The Guild of Holistic Therapists.

Course Contents:

Anatomy & Physiology Diploma (home study)
Aromatherapy Diploma (6 weeks-1 day per week)
Reflexology Diploma (6 weeks-1 day per week)
Swedish Body Massage Diploma (3 weeks-1 day per week)
Practices and Principles of Complementary Therapies

Examination process
Ongoing assessment throughout the duration of the course will enable the tutor to determine if you have displayed the skills and knowledge required to perform this therapy

What will I receive when I complete the course?
Once you have successfully completed the course you will receive a recognised diploma from Alternatively Better, which will enable you to gain public liability insurance via the FHT or Guild of Holistic Therapists.

Requirements
Students must dress in black trousers, black t-shirts and flat comfortable shoes. Natural nails and long hair tied back. Students will be required to work on each other throughout the duration of the course

Deposit
£200.00 (a payment plan is available for all courses over £100)
